1. The service

Primal Fitness is software for coaches and clients. We do not provide medical, dietary, or training advice ourselves — that is delivered by your personal trainer. AI features are advisory.

2. Eligibility & health

You must be 18 or older. Talk to a doctor before starting any new training or nutrition plan, especially if you have an existing condition.

3. Payments

Coaches subscribe to the platform via Stripe. Clients pay their coach directly through Stripe Connect. The platform collects a service fee on each transaction.

4. Cancellation

Coach subscriptions cancel at the end of the billing period unless you choose immediate cancellation. Client packages follow the terms set by your coach.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service, harass other users, attempt to access data that isn't yours, or reverse-engineer security controls.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Primal Fitness is not liable for injury, illness, or loss arising from your training, nutrition, or use of the service.
